Sweating for Dayyzz

Helloooo there to all my favorite people! Its been a pretty good week here in the promised land of Covy! It just keeps getting hotter and hotter and I really don't understand how these people are able to survive this every year! But it has been a huge benefit because people always invite us in now since we are dripping in sweat and need some water so it definitely has its perks:)

This week has been kind of hard in a lot of ways! We have had over ten investigators since I have been in Covington and hardly any of them were progressing in the way that we thought they should but we kept holding onto them because you love them don't want to give up on them! But after a lot of prayer and a lot of thinking we decided that it was time to let some of our friends go and hopefully figure out if this is what is best for them or not! It was sooo hard and broke my heart because you grow such a love for these people and they are a huge part of your life! But I know that Heavenly Father will bless us and we will find those that are ready and prepared to accept the gospel!

We had ZTM yet again this week and it was probably the best one I have been to so far! We made a lot of zone goals and had some really deep talks about how we can better our areas and I really think we have something great going on now! The vision of the south is so real and is getting closer and closer to breaking through!! 

But we had one serious awesome lesson this week with our investigator Dana! Dana has had an extremely hard life. And when I say hard I mean probably one of the saddest/hardest things ever! But she is a sweetheart and loves us missionaries! She was recently diagnosed with cancer and has a lot on her plate and we stopped by and shared a scripture with her about the love that God has for us and if we believe in Him and trust in Him then we cannot fail. The Spirit was so strong and she has now started reading the Book of Mormon on a daily basis.

I am so grateful for the knowledge that I have of my Heavenly Father and that He knows each and every single one of us personally. He knows our strengths. He knows out weaknesses. But most of all He knows our potential and has given us the this gospel to make us better and to make us into the people that He knows we can be!

Thank you all for you love, support, prayers, and happiness your bring me! I am so blessed and grateful to have so many wonderful people in my life like y'all! Have the best week and know I love you to Utah and back:)

So our less active is OBSESSED with like comicon and all that stuff and has a million wigs and wanted to dress us up in them.

 Needless to say I think I need purple hair now! 

They successfully made ceviche!! Yay!!

My day at the ER. Not that I remember a thing but apparently I was really liking the drugs they were giving me!
