7 More Weeks

Helloooo again!! It was transfers week here and it looks like I get to stay for another 7 weeks here in the promised land!! I am feeling pretty blessed right now, I am love, love, loving Albany!!!

It was a really good week here!! Little Miss Charley was able to be baptized and it really was such a special day!! She came out of the water smiling, it really was one of the cutest, greatest experiences ever!! It has even brought her family that much closer together and we will be hopefully starting to teach her older sister here pretty soon! Charley is one of those people that just makes the biggest difference in the world and has made a huge difference in my life and my testimony. The faith of a child truly is such a powerful thing!!

I have a cool/really funny story for y'all!! So we were chatting with our bishop and he was telling us all about this family that we needed to see because the wife reminded him a lot of me, all about that sass life:) But so we just have never been able to find the time to go see them because we are always running around but all our appointments fell through last minute and I got the impression we really needed to go visit the Ingram's. It was kinda dark and we couldn't see the house numbers that great but pull into the nearest house we find and pray its them! We were just about to knock on the door when I saw a lady walking down the road, on the phone, holding a beer and the Spirit just hit me.. That's Sister Ingram!! So we walk over to her and she was sooo embarrassed when she saw us pull up that she jumped to the other side of the road and threw her beer in the ditch!! I literally died when she told us!

She was talking to her son on the phone and he was telling her to put it on speaker so he could talk to us! He is currently attending UVU and just informed his mom that he is getting married in the temple in the next couple of months and asked us to promise him to get them temple ready! Sister Ingram had no idea and she just sat back and was kinda blown away. She was sooo grateful we came by and told us that this very instance made her realize why she had a testimony in the first place! (I am sorry if none of this makes sense)

It's moments like these that make me realize how aware our Heavenly Father really is of us as His children. I think often times that we think that we are so far from perfect that there is no way He would want or should help us. But the amazing thing about our Heavenly Father is that He is use to working with imperfect people. He is more then willing to help us, all it takes is us asking for it!
It is instances like these that make me realize how amazing it is to be apart of God's work and being in the right places at the right time making the biggest impressions on people's lives!! It truly is the greatest feeling!! I hope all y'alls week is nothing but sunshine and happiness and praying every week could be simply this amazing:) I love y'all so much!!
